Well my meal prep this week won’t be needed for uni anymore but best believe I’ll still be enjoying them for lunch coz this stuffs gooooood 🤩

• Sliced and roasted 3 large orange kumara with some olive oil, salt & pepper (30 mins at 220 degrees Celsius)

• Roasted 3 cans of delmainefinefoods chickpeas with some salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder & cinnamon (15 mins at 220 degrees Celsius)

• Blanched 3 bags worth of green beans

• Scrambled 2 packets of tonzu.nz tofu with curry powder, sogoodnz almond milk, a bit of fixandfogg cashew butter, lemon juice, salt & pepper

Divided the goods up into containers ready to grab and go for uni or have as my dinner with a nice dressing and/or some hummus 🧡💛💚
