Tiramisu overnight oats ☕️

These’ll be sure to kickstart your morning the right way!

1/2 cup Oats
1 shot of Coffee
1 Tbsp. Vanilla protein OR 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
1/3 cup Almond milk
Vanilla yoghurt (or plain yoghurt w/ 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract)
Wafers or thin biscuits
Cocoa or cacao powder

Mix oats, vanilla protein (or extract), coffee and milk together and leave in a bowl to soak overnight. In the morning build your tiramisu – start with some wafers (I used 3 ceresorganics espresso coconut water rolls), 1/2 of the oat mixture, yoghurt, then repeat once more before dusting with cocoa powder 🤎
