The classic ‘rawnola’ 💙
.
This is one of my favourite breakfast recipes because it’s so easy and so tasty! A simple blend of natural ingredients for a hearty, nutritious start to your day 😌

dEats:
• 2 cups Wholegrain oats harrawaysnz
• 10 Medjool dates (soaked in boiling water for 5 mins)
• 2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
• 1-2 tsp. Sea salt
• 2-4 Tbsp. Water
Blitz everything except water in a blender until it forms a fine crumb then add water 2 Tbsp. at a time, blending again until it reaches your desired consistency ✨

I like to make a big batch every week and have it with a mix of frozen/fresh blueberries (big yay for my first fresh bluebs in months this morning 😍), plain or vanilla yoghurt and a few spoonfuls of sanitarium_nz Canadian maple & raspberry granola for some crunch. Here I’ve added thebrothersgreen_ hemp seed hearts & ceresorganics pumpkin seeds too! 💚
