Scrambled eggs have been my absolute go-to lately as I’ve been trying to focus on eating more protein throughout the day and something I love about them is that they’re incredibly quick and easy to make! It’s definitely not the fanciest way but to save time I’ve been making them in the microwave 🀭 I start by cracking two eggs in a bowl, adding a little bit of water and whisking. Then I pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and then microwave in 10 second intervals until cooked, stirring in between. Then I’ll add salt, pepper and chives if I have them afterwards – Easy as

This time I enjoyed them with some delicious bohemianbakerychristchurch focaccia bread, the lucky last avo, tomato, some grater_goods carrot lox and extra salt and pepper 🀀🀀 I also love just having the eggs on toast with some sweet chilli sauce 😍
