I ALWAYS find myself waking up, walking into the kitchen longing to see the exact breakfast I feel like already made (usually craving something sweet and crunchy) but to my disappointment finding nothing but an underwhelming pantry/fridge! Cue dissatisfaction ☹️ Even though prepping a granola at the start of the week is often a good solution, whether I don’t make the time, eat it all sooner than planned (🤭) or just feel plain too tired, the reality is, it doesn’t always happen… You too?? .
BUT… since discovering it was super quick and easy to throw together my own toasted muesli with only a few simple ingredients, this hasn’t been a problem!! If you struggle with this (I’m sure I’m not the only one 😅) then swipe for the recipe that’ll land you breakfast satisfaction 😉
