PB, chia and oat breakfast cookies – the perfect tramping breakfast! 😍

Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup harrawaysnz wholegrain oats
• 3/4 cup picspeanutbutter smooth PB
• 2 Tbsp. ceresorganics chia seeds
• 1/4 cup almond meal
• 1 Tbsp. Manuka honey
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
• 1 Tbsp. Boiling water

Super easy to make (just combined all the ingredients after heating PB, vanilla extract and honey, rolled into balls and flattened then placed into the fridge on a tray to cool overnight – similar to making bliss balls) and packed full of energy, not to mention tasty! 👌🏼👌🏼
