Snacks for me are a vital part of my diet, getting me through to my main meals without tearing someone’s head off from hanger 👿😬😉

I also find that for a snack to be satisfying it needs to take me longer than 10 seconds to eat 🤪 That’s why my favourite thing at the moment is this pams.nz frozen blueberry bowl mixed with cyclops_yoghurt vanilla Greek yoghurt. I’d also highly recommend adding your fav nut butter for some healthy fats and extra energy and deliciousness!

Even though packaged snacks can be super handy when you’re short on time or looking for something more transportable, it’s worth remembering that you can build your own tasty snacks with simple, natural things you’ve got at home – think fruit, yoghurt, milk, crackers, hummus, PB, homemade muesli bars or bliss balls etc. – the list goes on 🤩
