It’s certainly not the prettiest but this is without a doubt one of my favourite comfort breakfasts ever and a perfect way to start the weekend! 😁

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of Porridge oats • 2/3 cup of milk
• 1 medium/large banana 🍌
• Manuka honey 🍯 • fixandfogg Everything Butter

The perfect microwave porridge method:
Super easy and quick to make, and I finally feel like I’ve nailed the classic microwave porridge! I put the oats and milk in the microwave for 90 seconds (checking and stirring at the 60 second mark), added my whole banana which I mashed first because it makes the porridge super creamy and thick (though if you want some banana to serve, don’t mash the whole banana or use a second one), put back in the microwave for approximately 60 more seconds, watched it closely and stirred it occasionally. When it reached a perfect creamy consistency I added some honey, stirred that through, sliced 1/2 a banana, drizzled a little more honey and added my favourite fixandfogg Everything Butter (would definitely recommend you try this flavour ASAP) !! 😋
