I’m gonna be honest with you guys… The last couple months I’ve pretty much been having the exact same breakfast every morning – rawnola, frozen bluebs & yoghurt… so the breakfast game on here hasn’t been very exciting 🥱

BUT rest assured with Summer fruits on their way in now I’ll be whipping up some exciting new recipes

First one to kick us off 👇🏼
SWEET ‘N SALTY SUMMER BIRCHER

What you’ll need: (Serves 2)
• 1 cup Porridge oats
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 Tbsp. Protein powder of choice (optional)
• 4 Tbsp. Nuts/Seeds of choice (I used 1 Tbsp. each of chia, hemp, sunflower & pumpkin seeds)
• 2 Tbsp. Chopped dates or raisins
• 1 Carrot, grated
• 1 Apple, grated
• 1.5 cups Milk of choice (I used almond)
• 1 tsp. Maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp. Hulled tahini

Add everything to a bowl & mix well before dividing into 2 bowls & serving with desired toppings. I like berries & extra tahini & maple 🍁🫐🍒

This can be prepped the night before too and stored in the fridge
