Honey roasted stone fruit w/ vanilla ricotta ☺️

If some of your fruit is beginning to look a bit sad and you’re keen for a delicious sweet snack I would highly recommend this ☝🏼

Slice your fruit, place on a tray and drizzle with a tiny bit of lightly flavoured oil, honey and a sprinkle of sea salt, toss to make sure the fruit is evenly coated and roast in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 mins, or until soft and caramelised

I love mine with vanilla ricotta or yoghurt x
