GINGERBREAD BIRCHER!!! |

Pre-gym breakfast this morning:
– 1/2 cup uncletobys fine quick oats
– 2/3 cup milk (I used calci-trim 💛 and if you’d prefer it slightly less liquidy just use 1/2 cup)
– 1 mashed banana 🍌 – 1 tsp. Gingerbread Latte powder from goodforstore |

Mixed all of the above ingredients together, left in the fridge overnight and in the morning topped with 🍌slices, 🥝, and fresh.as freeze-dried raspberries ❤️💛💚 |

Loved having these oats cold and was perfect seeing as I was after a quick option but I used the gingerbread latte powder in my porridge yesterday and that was just as delish! (Just thought I’d start embracing slightly more summery bowls 🙃☀️) |
