Chia pudding recipe:
– 1&1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds (I used black seeds) ceresorganics – 1/4 cup milk of choice
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk for five minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly. Leave the bowl to the side while prepping purée…

Mango-passion fruit purée recipe:
– 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
– 1 cube of frozen passion fruit
If using frozen fruit, place mango and passion fruit in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to allow to soften but make sure they don’t melt completely to a liquid, they should still be solid. Place in a blender and blitz until a smooth, reasonably thick mixture is formed.

Building your jar:
Find any medium-large jar and start by placing your purée at the bottom. Top with chia mixture. Place a lid on the jar and leave overnight, allowing chia pudding to thicken further. In the morning layer with granola (I added 1/2 a cup) and top with your choice of fresh fruit. I used only mango the first day and added some fresh blueberries on the second 😋

This has been such a tasty go-to breakfast for me the last few mornings and I’m absolutely loving the fresh mango at the moment so love incorporating it in to my meals wherever and however I can! 😆
