I think this morning was the first time I’ve ever made my pancakes without banana… 🤭🍌🥞 This time, I used the delicious barkersofgeraldine chunky apple sauce and served with sautéed cinnamon apple slices 🍎 And of course, they wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t drizzle them with wholeharry maple syrup 😉🤪 Definitely go hit save on this recipe so you’ve got it up your sleeve next time you feel like a mind blowingly yum breakfast !! 👇🏻

dEats 🥞
– 1/4 cup oat flour (Wholegrain harrawaysnz oats blitzed in a blender)
– 2 Tbsp. Buckwheat flour (or other flour) ceresorganics
– 1 tsp. Cinnamon
– 1 tsp. Baking powder
– 1/2 tsp. Salt
– 1 Egg (or flax egg)
– 3 Tbsp. barkersofgeraldine Apple sauce
– 1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup Milk (I used sogoodnz almond)
– 1/2 Tbsp. Oil – to grease the pan
✨Mix together all the ingredients and scoop two tablespoons of the mixture onto a lightly greased pan on medium heat. Flip pancake after a couple minutes or until browned and repeat with remaining mixture. Makes approx. 6 pancakes✨
